The former Sichuan Huashuo pipe Industrial Co., Ltd cooperated with Sichuan University in researching. They compounded high-performance micro-fiber, ultra-fine inorganic powder and polypropylene copolymer into W-PPR and FW-PPR pipe which achieve world advanced level and domestic first. W-PPR and FW-PPR pipes obtain invention patent and utility model patent respectively.
The products are sanitary and non-poisonous. They are also excellent in heat resistance, low temperature resistance and loading capacity. Compared with the ordinary PPR pipes, W-PPR and FW-PPR pipes decline significantly in thermal expansion coefficient, and they offer maximum thermal insulation, high strength and small water resistance. Adopting hot melt connection, they do not leak or deform. Therefore, they are widely used in industrial and civilian piping building systems, food, and chemical hot and cold water system, air conditioning and heating system, pipe network of swimming pool, spa, solar and garden, etc. They can be used more than 70 years.
